2nd Congress of Neoespartan Culture. March 16, 17 and 18, 2023.

After the success achieved in 2022 with 27 presentations in two days of Congress and a musical show by Miguel Serra -Cultural Heritage of the Nation- and his group Cuerdas Espartanas, and again courtesy of the Wyndham Concorde Margarita Hotel and the Casa de la Cultuta Pueblo de la MAR "Ramón Vasquéz Brito", returns to the 2nd Congress on March 16 and 17 and a musical show on March 18, the day of the Neo-Spartan Island Identity.
